With each build or renovation, not only does Structures go the extra mile for our clients, but we also take certain steps to make sure we are environmentally conscious. The entire process begins with getting to know the client in terms of their needs, desires and expectations regarding their home. We then proceed with the site evaluation and create a budget for the project. The homeowner receives a detailed homeowner manual along with a login code to their individual project website which helps them keep track of the project. The website is also a convenient tool clients can use to post photos, documents and selections - allowing them to organize their thoughts and efficiently relay information to our team.

All of our interactions with clients are professional and timely. From detailed invoices and regular progress updates, we are known for our solid client relationships before, during and after construction. We feel that preparation is the key to a well-executed design, and we provide the tools to make the process of building a home both seamless and fun!

All of our plans are drawn by in-house designers, thus any necessary edits can be made with much faster turnaround times than companies who outsource their drafting. We feel that creating the perfect plan for each individual stems from working one-on-one with that client to ensure that their vision is brought to life. Through 3-D rendering technology, we are able to show our clients what their finished home will look like well before the actual building process begins. This helps to minimize any misconceptions about how certain aspects of the home may look and eliminate costly mistakes in the field.
